Refund policy

Every Precision Apologetics product is printed on demand just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at precisionapologetics@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post it.

Donations

One-time gifts are final. Monthly gifts can be cancelled at any time (see our Subscription policy). Donations to Precision Apologetics are not tax-deductible.
